This policy describes how the internal tool report-app uses Google Ads data. The public game site's privacy policy is separate.

Data the tool accesses

After a user authorizes access to a Google Ads account, the tool reads advertising account and campaign information needed for its reports. This includes account and campaign identifiers, ad group and ad details, budget and enabled or paused status, and performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions.

How the data is used

The tool uses this data to create reports for analysis by internal staff. Authorized internal staff may also initiate budget changes or enable or pause ads. The tool sends those requested changes to Google Ads, where they affect the connected account.
